Maryland Cellphone Laws

Among hot traffic topics across the United States, cellphone use seems to remain on the top list as one of the main causes of distracted driving and automobile accidents. Maryland is one of the states that discourages cellphone misuse, and has put their foot down by creating cellphone laws. The MD cellphone law states that you cannot text or engage in Internet activities on your cellphone when you are driving. If you are under the age of 18, cellphone and any other type of mobile electronic usage is against the law.
